Stage 2, 12-day Cycle Menu : Established eater 2.0

Now your little one has mastered solids and shows interest in more textured foods.

This meal plan consists of Stage 2 (8 months+); grains-, vegetable and protein- and vegetable and fat combinations that come in 120g portions, as by this time most babies are keen eaters and would just want more of the goodness served.  We made some suggestions for add-ons to explore with meal times and keep the busy baby interested – instead of toys, give a food to play, feel and taste with the meal you are feeding.  This is also a good time to give a spoon to your little one and see how they manage by themselves (yes, it is messy!).  Please note, these are suggestions and you should do what you and your baby are comfortable with and ready for.

You can exchange meals- you want to feed the protein-meal at a time of the day your baby is happiest and less fussy.    If you have left-over foodies, please read our storage and serving suggestions.

If you followed our previous meal plans or have introduced our combination meals, your baby should have had exposure to allergens and you should be aware of his/her tolerance and or reaction, if any.  If you have not given any allergens, it’s not too late - exposures to allergens have been found to decrease allergies and sensitivity to foods.  For first introduction, it is best to give allergens early in the day to monitor your baby’s reaction and tolerance.

VERY IMPORTANT:  Please consult with your medical professional if there are any known allergies, symptoms or concerns before or when introducing a specific allergen.

Please follow our preparation and storage instructions carefully.
