Delivery and operating hours

Operating hours Monday to Friday from 09h00-16h00.
We deliver Tuesday to Friday from 10h00-17h00
Orders are processed within 3-5 working days (unless communicated differently), depending on location and time of production.  Orders placed on a Thursday, after working hours, during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following week. 


Delivery areas and Fees
Minimum order of R500 - a minimum is required to justify the shipping of frozen foods as well as a maximum order of R2500 per order as shipping is billed according to weight. 

Currently no pick-up available. 

Fees will be charged depending on the area, if airfreight is required the rate does get affected, we currently deliver to -

Cape Town CBD, Atlantic Seaboard and Surrounds 
Northern and Southern Suburbs  

Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand,

Surrounding towns & suburbs

Minimum order of R500, pick-up not available at the moment. 

Worcester

Pick up in Worcester can be arranged on a Monday for surrounding areas Robertson, Wellington, Ceres, Hermanus, Kleinmond, Gordon's bay, Fish Hoek, Kommetjie

Orders from these areas will be delivered weekly on a Wednesday and Friday:   Paarl and Franschhoek 

Minimum order of R500 outside of the Western Cape  

Gauteng and surounds

Pretoria and Johannesburg 2-3 working days.

Durban and Eastern Cape 3-4 working days.

George 3-4 working days

Bloemfontein 3-4 working days  

 

Due to the nature of our product the courier services are limited to outlaying areas.  Collection at the Durban, Bloem and Cape Town depots are available if you live further than 70km from the CBD. 

If your area is not on the list and you wish to receive our products, please email to esquire on special delivery.

Pre-order

Pre-order items are still in production and not available for shipping.  Shipping will be communicated but can take up to 10-14 working days . 

Payment

Payments can be made through Payfast, EFT and Snapscan. 

Delivery will only take place once payment has been received.
