Meal Plan 2 – The Curious Eater
Stage 1 Meal Plan: The Curious Eater
Rooted Natural has put together three Stage 1 meal plans to guide the parent and the infant with a discovery of flavour and textures with ingredients from all five food groups. The Curious Eater is #2 of the three plans and best for infants that has had exposure to solids.
The grains-, vegetable and protein- and vegetable and fat combinations come in 120g portions, as by this time most babies are keen eaters and would just want more of the goodness served. If you have left-over foodies, please read our storage and serving suggestions. This meal plan includes allergens but also advice and guide on how to further introduce allergens such as eggs, nuts, wheat/gluten and seeds to your little one's diet.
