Defrost in the fridge overnight for 8 to 12 hours. When ready, remove from outer packaging, cut open the sleeve above the re-sealable zip. Heat up-right in a bowl of boiled water or decant and heat to desired temperature. Do not let the contents boil. Always check the food temperature before feeding your baby.
Keep frozen.
Refrigerate once defrosted and opened and consumed within 2 days. Do not re-freeze or re-heat.
The window period to start complementary feeding is between 4 and 6 months, therefore the amount babies eat varies by the time of introduction.
Stage 1, the introductory vegetable and fruit combinations are available in 90g portions.
The grains-, vegetable and protein- and vegetable and fat combinations come in 120g portions as by this time most babies are keen eaters and would just want more of the goodness served. If you have left-over foodies, please read our storage and serving suggestions.
The food is produced in a kitchen where exposure to allergens such as fish, wheat, cow’s milk and nuts/seeds may occur.
