Order & Delivery

Delivery and operating hours

Operating hours Monday-Friday from 09h00-16h00.
We deliver Monday - Friday from 10h00-17h00

Orders are processed within 3-5 working days, depending on location. 

Orders placed on a Thursday, after working hours, during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following week. 

Collections Tuesday - Friday from 11h00 to 16h00 at our Rooted Natural kitchen in Salt River.

Collections in Pretoria will be communicated to the customer as soon as the order is ready. Pick-up times Mon-Fri 10:00-12:00 or 16:00-17:00, except on Fridays - only morning pick-ups, no afternoon pick-up available. 

Delivery areas and Fees
Minimum order of R300, otherwise pick-up can be selected. 
Fees will be charged depending on the area, we currently deliver to -

Cape Town CBD, Atlantic Seaboard and Surrounds 
Northern and Southern Suburbs  

Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Strand,

Surrounding towns & suburbs

Minimum order of R400, otherwise pick-up can be selected. 

Orders from these areas will be delivered weekly on a Monday:

Worcester

Pick up in Worcester can be arranged on a Monday for surrounding areas Robertson, Wellington, Ceres, Hermanus, Kleinmond, Gordon's bay, Fish Hoek, Kommetjie

Orders from these areas will be delivered weekly on a Wednesday and Friday:   Paarl and Franschhoek 

Minimum order of R350 outside of the Western Cape  

Pick-up available in Pretoria at a lower shipping rate >> if available, no minimum order amount required. 

Pretoria and Johannesburg 3-5 working days.

Durban and Eastern Cape 3-5 working days.

George 3-5 working days

Bloemfontein 3-5 working days  

Due to the nature of our product the courier services are limited to outlaying areas.

Payment

Payments can be made through Payfast, EFT and Snapscan.

Delivery will only take place once payment has been received.
