Organic quinoa ; orgnic carrot: organic strawberry; grass fed beef bone broth , no salt ; organic lemon zest; organic spices

Defrost in the fridge overnight or 8 to 12 hours. When ready, remove from outer packaging. Cut open the sleeve above the re-sealable zip. Heat up-right in a bowl of boiled water or decant and heat to desired temperature. Do not let the contents boil. Always check the food temperature before feeding your baby.

Keep frozen.

Refrigerate once defrosted and opened and consume within 2 days. Do not re-freeze or re-heat.

Stage 2 helps your baby explore with flavours and more textured meals. These combinations are available in 120g portions. For the bigger appetites Rooted Natural’s 90g portions can be added to these combos. If you have left-over foodies, please read our storage and serving suggestions.
